Dry Ingredients
  1. In a small pan over medium heat, add the onion. Cook until translucent.
  2. Add the diced mushroom. Cook for 1-2 minute.
  3. Add ham. Cook for another minute.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Transfer to a separate bowl, leave out any liquid. *Prevent soggy pie crust.
Wet Ingredients
  1. In a glass bowl, quickly whisk the eggs.
  2. Pour in heavy creamy, whisk until combined. Season with salt & pepper.
Combine all Ingredients
  1. Prepare a prebaked pie crust.
  2. Pour all egg mixture in the pie crust.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
  4. Spread the ingredients gently with a spatula.
  5. Add grated cheese on top. *I am using Irish Cheddar in this recipe. You can substitute with Gruyère cheese.
  6. Bake at 200C/400F for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Bring out the quiche. Let it cool before slicing it.
