Add the yeast into warm water. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes until bubbles form on top.
Make the bread
In a large bowl, mix together flour and sea salt with a spatula. Make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture in the middle. Mix everything well with a fork for 1 minute.
Remove the fork and form the dough by hands until the dough comes together. Transfer to a working surface, and knead the dough for 5 minutes until you get a smooth dough.
Transfer the dough into a bowl with olive oil and make sure to cover the dough with olive oil. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Remove the dough from the bowl. In a deep baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs and sea salt. Stretch and place the dough in the baking dish. Use your index finger to make deep dimples. Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.
Add topping ingredients on the bread. (Make sure to add more sea salt and olive oil)
Bake the bread at 200C/398F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Bring the bread out from the oven and drizzle more olive oil. Serve while warm!
